1. At the first, go to the control panel and create a new administrator account.
2. And log out your Operating System, switch to the other administrator account that you just created.
Check out the Error Message pops up or not. If it does not, congratulations, this ultimate solution

3. Following, all you need to do is going to 'C:\Users' to find your old account name copy all the files and directories to your new account directory under 'C:\Users', too.
*You must check out the Hidden Directory "AppData" don't forget to copy it.
4. Check out all your applications and software can run without any problems.It's a little complicated but it's really effective.
